Pennsylvania health officials announced on Tuesday that the state has now recorded four measles-related deaths this year, including a recent fatality involving an 18-year-old resident of Mifflin County. The coroner’s office determined that the teenager died from a rare and severe neurological complication of measles, according to an official release.
