On July 17, Crash Of Rhinos marked their 13-year return with a performance in Nottingham, launching a short tour in support of their debut album *Logbook*. The reunited band, known for their derivative emo sound, surprised fans with their decision to reunite after years of hiatus.
Oli Craven, a founding member, shared insights about the challenges of their last tour, describing contrasting experiences from packed Italian venues to near-empty audiences in Switzerland. “That last tour was so difficult,” Craven recalled in an exclusive Stereogum interview, “because we’d go from audiences passionate about our music to strangers who barely acknowledged our presence.”
Richard “Biff” Birkin, another key member, echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the emotional weight of their journey back to the stage.

Tonight in Nottingham, Crash Of Rhinos played their first show since 2013.
