At least 75 people have been killed in flash floods that devastated the Himalayan border region between Nepal and China on Wednesday, with hundreds still missing.
In Nepal, authorities confirmed 72 fatalities, while 384 people, including three United States citizens, remain missing, according to the tourism authority. In China, state media reported severe casualties, with at least three deaths and 265 individuals listed as missing.
