TNA Wrestling continues to undergo significant backstage changes as digital producer Luke Paron confirms his departure after a five-year tenure with the promotion.
The latest exit follows a series of workforce reductions that have reshaped the company’s behind-the-scenes structure in recent weeks.
Luke Paron confirms TNA exit after five-year run
Paron announced his exit on Thursday via social media, reflecting on his multifaceted role within the organization.
“My time with TNA has come to an end. What a run, what a dream,” Paron wrote on X. “Thank you to everyone who made this experience what it was. I will never forget it … though I will miss flexing that I was co-workers with Jeff Hardy.”
My time with TNA has come to an end.
What a run, what a dream. I could go on for literally ever so I will just say this – thank you to everyone who made this experience what it was. I will never forget it.

Throughout his time at TNA, Paron managed and edited all content for TNA+ and YouTube platforms for five years, created TikTok and vertical short-form content, and served as a behind-the-scenes photographer.
In 2023, he transitioned to the road team during Rebellion, leading photography and social media content projects involving talent. However, by October, he stepped away from travel duties to focus on directing work from Toronto while continuing remote content editing.
Paron expressed enthusiasm for his next career chapter, stating he is “excited to dedicate fully to directing” while hoping to remain connected to wrestling and attend TNA events in Canada when possible.
His departure follows the confirmed exits of Tommy Dreamer, Tessa Blanchard, and Sami Callihan, along with Steve Maclin’s release earlier this month, marking a period of significant restructuring for the promotion.
