The AB Emerging Markets Opportunities ETF (EMOP) experienced unusually high trading volume on Tuesday afternoon, with more than 405,000 shares exchanged—roughly seven times its three‑month average of about 58,000 shares. The ETF edged up approximately 0.1% for the session.
The biggest contributors to the volume spike were Petróleo Brasileiro (PBR), which slipped about 0.9% on over 17.7 million shares traded, and Itaú Unibanco Holding (ITUB), which rose roughly 1.4% on more than 17.4 million shares.
