Enzo Fernández has attracted interest from Real Madrid and Manchester City as he seeks a new challenge.
Spanish reports suggest the 25‑year‑old midfielder could command a fee of around £120 million. Fernández has reportedly decided to leave Chelsea this summer, aiming for a fresh environment after the club missed out on Champions League qualification.
At the height of his career, Fernández wants to compete for titles and is unlikely to reject the chance to join a club like Real Madrid or Manchester City.
Real Madrid are looking to add control and creativity to their midfield, and the Argentine international could provide both, having contributed 22 goals and assists for Chelsea this season. His arrival could immediately elevate their midfield dynamics.
Manchester City also require additional creativity in the centre of the park following Bernardo Silva’s departure, making Fernández a compelling target for Pep Guardiola.
The decisive factor will be which club is prepared to meet the £120 million price tag for a proven Premier League performer.
Having already won the World Cup and Copa América with Argentina, Fernández now aims to add major club trophies to his résumé by joining an elite European side this summer.
