LONDON — Investigators have revealed that Mohamed al-Fayed, the former owner of Harrods, engaged in widespread trafficking of dozens of women who bore sexual relations with him, according to British lawmakers.
The probe indicates that many of the suspected victims—including young employees on the Harrods premises—were relocated to Fayed’s residence and office complexes, sometimes by air transport, resulting in severe abuse by the billionaire proprietor.
