Ferrari Debuts HP Collaboration Blueprint Livery for United States Grand Prix

Ferrari has revealed a special one-off livery for this weekend’s United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas.

Created in partnership with title sponsor HP, the design features sketch and blueprint-style illustrations set against the white background of the engine cover and surrounding intake area.

“The livery celebrates the journey from idea to reality,” said Silvia Cavallaro, Ferrari’s head of colour and trim. “Every Ferrari begins with creativity, sketches, and engineering expertise long before the car reaches the track.”

“Through our collaboration with HP, we have been able to bring that process to life visually, telling a story that reveals the craftsmanship and innovation behind the performance,” she added.

The graphics were produced using HP Latex printing technology, with the concept developed by the Ferrari Design Studio. Stefano Luparia, Ferrari’s new car concept specialist, noted that the greatest challenge was adapting the artwork for use on a racing car.

“Developing the special livery for Austin presented numerous creative and technical challenges,” Luparia said. “First, we had to translate the concept developed with the Ferrari Design Studio into a practical solution suited to the car’s complex surfaces and aerodynamic requirements. Second, we worked closely with HP to introduce printing technologies never before used in this application. My role was to coordinate and validate the technical aspects, ensuring performance objectives were met and the livery was correctly implemented for the United States Grand Prix.”

The design prompted discussion among fans, with some questioning its visibility at speed while others praised the aesthetic. Online reactions described the concept as striking and well-suited to collectible models.
