Figure Technology Solutions (FIGR), the blockchain‑based lending platform co‑founded by former SoFi CEO Mike Cagney, reported net revenue of $226 million for the quarter ended June_COUNT, a 113 % increase year‑over‑year. Net income rose 192 % to $87 million, or $0.35 per diluted share, while adjusted EBITDA more than doubled to $119 million.
The growth was largely driven by Figure’s Consumer Loan Marketplace, where loan volume reached $4.3 billion—a 132 % jump from fiscal‑year‑ago levels. Figure Connect, the marketplace that pairs loan originators with capital providers, accounted for $2.8 billion of that total (about 65 %).
Shares of FIGR climbed roughly 5 % in pre‑market trading on Thursday, extending Wednesday’s 10 % gain.
Figure is among the pioneering publicly‑traded companies that aim to shift lending and capital‑market activities onto blockchain infrastructures. Its platform facilitates connections between originators and investors, leveraging blockchain to support the origination, funding, and trading of assets such as home‑equity loans.
