LONDON, September 27 (Reuters) – Counter‑terrorism officers are leading investigations to determine the circumstances surrounding an incident at a U.S. Air Force air base on Sunday, following the arrest of five men suspected of planning a terrorist act.
The five individuals face additional charges for alleged violations of the Explosives Act.
