A shooting at an Oregon primary school left four people dead, including a teacher and three children aged 5, 8, and 11, according to local police.
A 16-year-old suspect gained entry by shooting at locked doors before being fatally shot by an armed community member who pursued him inside the building, police stated during a press conference.
Two others—a 7-year-old child and a second teacher—sustained injuries and were rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
