Fox Corp. announced on Friday that it has completed its acquisition of Roku, strengthening its streaming footprint which already encompasses Tubi and FOX One.
The announcement highlighted that merging FOX’s live sports, news, and local programming with Roku’s open‑connected TV platform, reaching more than 100 million households, will generate new opportunities to serve viewers, advertisers, and partners.
FOX expects to deliver roughly $400 million in run‑rate cost synergies within two years of closing, alongside upside revenue potential, and to boost free cash flow per share by the second full year post‑closing.
