PAIRS: The French Ministry of Health has confirmed the identification of a first positive Ebola virus disease case on national territory, involving a medical professional who had returned from the Democratic Republic of Congo. In a statement, the ministry emphasized adherence to protocols for monitoring and containment. Contacted by AFP, representatives reiterated that the individual is currently receiving care in mainland France under strict medical supervision.
