Sparkassen, Germany’s largest savings bank, which serves approximately 50 million customers and manages €1.62 trillion in assets, has begun a phased rollout of XRP trading within its mobile banking applications. The move underscores the growing institutional acceptance of digital assets.

A representative from Oliver Michel’s Tokentus Investment AG shared a bullish outlook for XRP, setting a long‑term price target between $7 and $9.

Frankfurt’s Top Chart Analyst’s Betting On XRP

On DER AKTIONÄR TV, an analyst affiliated with the Frankfurt Stock Exchange outlined Ripple’s vision to revolutionize and optimize the traditional financial system. Recent developments include Ripple’s acquisition of a U.S. trust‑bank license, bringing the company closer to full‑scale XRPL implementation.

Oliver Michel expressed confidence in XRP’s ecosystem, noting that while daily charts currently suggest a consolidation phase, a “three‑headed snake” could act as a pivotal catalyst for a rally. He highlighted Ripple’s electronic‑money license and more than 60 regulatory approvals worldwide as key supporting factors.

Technical analysis shows XRP trading near its recent low of $1.20, holding above the $1.24 demand zone after peaking at an all‑time high of $3.65. The analyst’s $9 target would represent roughly a three‑fold increase from the current peak.

On The Flipside

  • These projections are largely technical or scenario‑based and assume continued bull‑market conditions.
  • Historical performance indicates that many aggressive forecasts for 2025‑2026 have not materialised as expected.

Why This Matters

The convergence of traditional finance and digital assets could add billions to the global cryptocurrency market cap. XRP’s compliance with ISO 20022 standards gives distributed‑ledger technologies a competitive edge in mainstream adoption.
