French Modeling Scout Linked to Jeffrey Epstein Found Dead in Paris Apartment

A French modeling scout connected to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein was discovered deceased in his Paris residence, according to prosecutors.

The body of Daniel Siad, 69, was found on Monday evening, with an autopsy currently pending. Siad’s attorney, Menya Arab-Tigrine, confirmed to Fox News Digital that he succumbed to a heart attack.

“While his death resulted from cardiac arrest, the unbearable stress, the stigma imposed upon him—and by extension, his family—and the relentless pressure and anxiety he faced likely contributed,” she stated. “We must await the autopsy findings to determine whether his body simply could no longer endure.”

Fox News Digital has contacted French prosecutors for additional information.

Siad’s name appeared approximately 2,000 times in documents released by the Justice Department related to Epstein, as reported by Reuters.

“I am here in Barcelona I have girls staying with me from Australia Croecian origin, so you can speak with her very Sweet,” Siad allegedly wrote to Epstein in one email exchange.

“I am looking to place her here and Paris,” he added.

“Photo?” Epstein replied in the correspondence.

Another email from Siad to Epstein dated April 2009 contained images of a 17-year-old Slovakian girl while he was scouting models in Bratislava.

At least 24 women have come forward as victims or witnesses of alleged acts committed by Siad or others following the February launch of a human trafficking and fraud investigation, Paris prosecutor Laure Beccuau told Reuters.

Investigators examined Siad’s case, but insufficient evidence prevented his immediate arrest, according to his attorney.

“Let us not forget that he was never prosecuted, nor was he ever formally implicated in any legal proceedings,” she emphasized. “In the coming days, we must respect the grief of his loved ones. He has passed away, and he was innocent.”
