GE HealthCare Naming Former AT&T CFO Pascal Desroches to Board; Q3 Dividend Increased
(RTTNews) – GE HealthCare Technologies Inc. (GEHC), a health care solutions company announced the appointment of Pascal Desroches, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AT&T (T) , to its Board of Directors, effective January 4, 2027.
In addition, the company announced a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2026, up 14% from the previous quarter.
Pascal Desroches has served as CFO of AT&T since 2021 and plans to retire from the company on December 31, 2026.
Previously, he served as CFO of WarnerMedia following AT&T’s acquisition of Time Warner in 2018, overseeing financial operations, global real estate, and technology across HBO, Turner Broadcasting, and Warner Bros.
Pascal Desroches has more than 30 years of leadership experience across finance, governance, large-scale technology and digital transformation.
“His perspective will further strengthen our Board as we execute on our strategy to advance precision care” said H. Lawrence Culp, Jr., Chairman of the Board of Directors, GE HealthCare.
Separately, the board has declared a cash dividend of $0.04 per share for the third quarter of 2026, an increase of 14% from $0.035 per share in the previous quarter.
The dividend will be payable on November 13, 2026, to all shareholders of record as of October 23, 2026.
GEHC has traded between $58.75 and $89.77 over the last year. The stock closed Tuesday’s trade at $66.27, up 2.25%.
In the overnight market, GEHC is up 0.69% at $66.73.
