Kuldeep Yadav’s figures of 10-0-65-2, which made him the second-fastest Indian to 200 ODI wickets, deserve immense credit in context. Part-timer Naman Dhir conceded just 38 runs in 6.1 overs before injury struck, while debutant Auqib Nabi impressed on his return after Prasidh Krishna broke down five overs into his spell. The West Indies rallied late, extracting 82 runs and five wickets in the final 11 overs—a surge that ultimately distinguished a comfortable victory from a potentially nervy finish.
