Dancing with the Stars has added another celebrity to its Season 35 roster.
Jimmy Kimmel Live star Guillermo Rodriguez will be sashaying his way across the ballroom floor this fall, Disney revealed on Friday night.
So far, he joins a cast that includes The Traitors and Love Island breakout Maura Higgins, Summer House favorite Ciara Miller, and Savannah Bananas second baseman Jackson Olson. The full lineup of celebrities and their professional dance partners is expected to be unveiled on Good Morning America on September 2.
Season 35 will air on ABC and stream on Disney+ later this fall, though Disney has not announced an exact premiere date.
Dancing with the Stars saw a surge in popularity last season, drawing its largest audience in years and attracting younger viewers. In November, Season 34 delivered the show’s highest‑rated finale in nearly a decade, with 72 million votes for the finale and close to half a billion votes across the entire season.
The series is produced before a live audience by BBC Studios.
Guillermo has been a staple of Jimmy Kimmel Live for more than 23 years. Discovered while working as a security guard in the studio parking lot, he grew into a beloved regular, appearing nightly alongside Jimmy and starring in his own iconic segments on the Oscars red carpet, cross‑country road trips, and more. A California resident and U.S. citizen since 2005, Guillermo enjoys watching soccer, eating Mexican food, spending time with family, and supporting his son’s sports activities.
