Torrential rain has triggered severe flooding across Valencia, Spain, forcing rescues and causing major travel disruptions in the region. The floods come just two years after the catastrophic October 2024 disaster, which claimed the lives of more than 220 people in Valencia province and left the community still recovering from the devastation.
