Honeywell Aerospace Inc. (HONA), a leading developer of advanced aerospace engines and systems, announced Monday that the low-cost carrier IndiGo has chosen its premier avionics and power solutions for its expanding fleet of 810 Airbus A320neo family aircraft.

As part of this agreement, Honeywell Aerospace will supply 131-9A Auxiliary Power Units (APUs), engineered to deliver dependable onboard power. The contract also includes the delivery of sophisticated weather radar systems designed to assist pilots in detecting and navigating around adverse weather, alongside traffic collision avoidance systems intended to improve situational awareness and flight safety.

Furthermore, Honeywell Aerospace will provide advanced flight management systems to facilitate more efficient route planning and streamlined flight operations. In addition to hardware delivery, the agreement encompasses a comprehensive aftermarket support program designed to optimize fleet performance throughout the aircraft’s operational lifecycle.
