NEW DELHI — Elon Musk’s recent transparency initiative on X has reignited a longstanding dispute between the global social media firm and New Delhi regarding the Indian government’s online content restrictions, according to a freedom‑of‑speech advocate who notes they now occur roughly every 68 seconds.
