Despite President Donald Trump’s rejection of Tehran’s latest proposal, U.S. and Iranian officials stated on Sunday that a negotiated resolution to the ongoing conflict remains a possibility.
In a Sunday interview with Axios, Trump stated he expects U.S. negotiators to continue indirect discussions with Iran later this week.
