Inditex (IXD.DE, ITX.MC) reported a 6.8% rise in first‑half net income to €3.0 billion, driven by stronger sales and operational efficiency. EBITDA grew 7.8% to €5.5 billion, while EBIT increased 7.6% to €3.8 billion. Funds from operations reached €4.1 billion, an 11% improvement year‑on‑year. Total sales climbed 7.6% to €19.8 billion, with constant‑currency sales up 9.2%.

The group highlighted solid operating performance, attributing success to its creative teams and the seamless execution of its integrated business model. The Spring/Summer collections were well received, and store and online sales in constant currency rose 9% between 1 August and 7 September 2026 compared with the same period in 2025.

A final dividend of €0.875 per share for fiscal 2025 will be paid on 2 November 2026.

Inditex shares closed at €56.52 on the Bolsa de Madrid.
