Invest Capital Investment Bank Relocates Registered Office to Punjab Following SECP Approval

September 29, 2026: Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited (PSX: ICIBL) has moved its registered office from Sindh to Punjab, following approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

The new registered office is located at 131-A, P-Street, Upper Mall Scheme, Lahore. The company’s Karachi office will continue to operate as a branch office.

The disclosure was made under Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations, with the SECP order included as supporting documentation. The information was communicated to the exchange through a notification.
