TOKYO — Japan and Italy are set to deepen their strategic partnership in space exploration and security. During a meeting in Rome this Monday, Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni will commit to collaborative efforts to establish more robust international regulations, specifically focusing on protecting satellites from attacks and addressing emerging challenges in the orbital domain.
