MANILA — When Jollibee Foods Corp. launched its first overseas locations in the mid‑1980s, the company relied mainly on the Filipino diaspora seeking familiar flavors. Now, the Manila‑based fast‑food giant — which operates more than 10,700 outlets across 20 brands in 33 countries — is taking a more ambitious approach: courting non‑Filipino diners from London and Los Angeles to Hanoi and Hainan.
