Co‑CEOs of JPMorgan Chase’s Commercial & Investment Bank, Troy Rohrbaugh and Douglas Petno, have been promoted to co‑presidents, a move announced in a Thursday regulatory filing.
Effective immediately, Petno will serve as single CEO for the Commercial & Investment Bank, while Rohrbaugh will assume the role of CEO for the Consumer & Community Banking division, succeeding Marianne Lake.
The decision is part of JPMorgan’s ongoing succession planning strategy, ensuring continued leadership at the highest levels, the bank said.
