KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Kalamazoo Wings, the ECHL affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks, announced the signing of defenseman Noel Edfeldt to a contract for the 2026‑27 season.
At 23, Edfeldt begins his third season of professional hockey in the ECHL and his fifth year as a professional overall. During the previous season, he recorded five points (two goals and three assists) in 47 games with Östersunds IK of the HockeyAllsvenskan. He has also appeared in parts of three seasons (2021‑2024) with Timrå IK of the SHL, participating in 72 games.
Overall, Edfeldt has played 106 games in the HockeyAllsvenskan over four seasons for Timrå IK and Östersunds IK, contributing 11 points (three goals and eight assists).
