A court in Mombasa, Kenya, has sentenced cult leader Paul Mackenzie to 200 years in prison on Friday. Mackenzie was found guilty of orchestrating the starvation deaths of 190 children, who were killed on his orders and buried in a forest.
The victims are part of a larger group of approximately 500 suspected casualties in what is regarded as one of the most horrific ceremonial massacres of the modern era.
