Lambrini Girls have partnered with Music Declares Emergency to launch a ‘Hot Girls F*ck The System’ merchandise collection.
Together they have designed a variety of items — including t‑shirts, hoodies, joggers, and caps — whose proceeds will be directed toward climate‑action initiatives.
Music Declares Emergency plans to launch ‘No Music on a Dead Planet’ action hubs across the United Kingdom, bringing the organization’s representatives to towns and cities to accelerate climate action and foster ground‑level communities of change.
The collection features two striking slogans — “Saving the Planet is C*nty” and “Hot Girls F*ck The System” — and the pieces are currently available for browsing and purchase on Music Declares Emergency’s website.
Lambrini Girls vocalist Phoebe Lunny commented, “We are confronting a climate emergency, and the urgency to act has never been greater. We must apply pressure on those responsible for planetary destruction.”
Music Declares Emergency chief executive Lewis Jamieson added, “Our core belief is that music can transform society. When a group like Lambrini Girls mobilizes their audience to support our initiatives, it demonstrates how music can forge communities that act collectively for change.”
Earlier last year, the charity introduced a ‘Hope Over Fear’ merchandise line in collaboration with artists such as IDLES, Yard Act, Enter Shikari, Maisie Peters, jasmine 4.t, and many others.
Savages drummer and Music Declares Emergency co‑founder Fay Milton previously highlighted the necessity for the entire music industry to adopt more sustainable practices.
The ‘No Music on a Dead Planet’ campaign has also featured designs by Thom Yorke, Peter Saville, and other notable creators, alongside participation from bands such as Foals.
Regarding Lambrini Girls, they withdrew from Coachella and postponed their North American tour earlier this year following a neck fracture and an acute brain injury sustained by Lunny during a tour in Australia. The revised dates are listed here, and any remaining tickets can be found here.
At the beginning of the year, the duo released a tongue‑in‑cheek single titled ‘Cult of Celebrity’, critiquing elite corruption.
This release followed their 2023 debut album ‘Who Let the Dogs Out’, which earned a five‑star review from NME that described the record as “a testament to punk’s vitality — unapologetically amplifying chaos, confronting societal injustices, and compelling listeners to feel.” The publication praised its loud, raw, and unforgettable impact.
