Leon Slater has once again captured the TNA X-Division Championship, marking his second reign with the prestigious title.
The championship was on the line at the 2026 TNA Wrestling Lockdown pay-per-view event, where Cedric Alexander defended the title against Slater in a Last Man Standing match conducted inside a steel cage.
The match carried added significance for Slater, as a loss would have resulted in the erasure of his TNA records, meaning the title lineage would have skipped him entirely, moving directly from Moose to Alexander rather than recognizing his reign.
Slater ultimately prevailed over Alexander in the grueling Last Man Standing contest, reclaiming the X-Division Championship and establishing himself as a two-time champion in TNA.
