The Lethal Twist are the new ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions following the opening contest of Ring of Honor’s Death Before Dishonor pay-per-view.
Dalton Castle and The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd & Truth Magnum) put the titles on the line for the second time against Jay Lethal, Blake Christian, and Lee Johnson. Floyd wore his championship belt for much of the match until Christian seized it late in the proceedings.
The finish arrived when Christian and Magnum traded roll-ups near the ropes. Lethal grabbed Magnum’s arm from the floor, creating the opening for Christian to secure the decisive pinfall.
The victory makes Lethal the first wrestler in ROH history to win every men’s championship the promotion has offered.
In the women’s division, Deonna Purrazzo extended her reign as the inaugural ROH Pure Women’s Champion to 260 days by submitting Steph De Lander with the Venus De Milo. The Pure Rules contest, which lasted nearly nine minutes, was preceded by Purrazzo’s refusal to adhere to the Code of Honor amid the heated rivalry.
Purrazzo originally captured the title by defeating Billie Starkz in the tournament finals at Final Battle in December 2025.
Red Velvet also retained the ROH Women’s Television Championship, reaching the 260-day mark in her own reign. She survived a chaotic four-way against Skye Blue, Zayda Steel, and Marina Shafir.
The eleven-minute match saw Shafir powerbomb Velvet onto Blue before eliminating Steel. Blue then struck both Shafir and Velvet with the title belt. Shafir locked in the Brazilian Heel Hook on Blue, but Velvet climbed the ropes and connected with a frog splash on Blue to steal the pinfall and the victory.
Velvet won the championship from Mercedes Mone at Final Battle in December 2025.
