Nottinghamshire all-rounder Liam Patterson-White has secured a three-year contract extension, ensuring his stay at Trent Bridge through the conclusion of the 2029 season.

The 27-year-old spin bowler has become a vital asset for the club, accumulating 254 wickets and contributing over 2,800 runs across 134 appearances in all formats.

A product of the club’s academy, Patterson-White made a significant impact upon his arrival in 2019, highlighted by a standout 5-73 performance on his County Championship debut against Somerset.

Most recently, he played a key role in Nottinghamshire’s Championship title victory last season, claiming 26 wickets and contributing 540 runs across 11 matches.

Notts head coach Peter Moores commended the player’s development and dedication to improving his performance in recent seasons.

“He has always possessed great self-belief from a young age, and he is now beginning to deliver significant results in both red and white-ball cricket,” Moores stated via the club’s official website.
