The 23‑year‑old French forward will strengthen Andoni Iraola’s new squad following Mohamed Salah’s departure.

Liverpool have finalised a deal to sign French forward Bradley Barcola from European champions Paris Saint‑Germain. The agreement is worth up to £123 million ($166 million) and makes Barcola the latest major signing for manager Andoni Iraola.
According to reports, the base fee is £106 million ($143 million) with potential add‑ons of up to £17 million ($23 million). The BBC and The Athletic have stated that Barcola will join on a five‑year contract.
Barcola moved to PSG from Olympique Lyonnais in 2023 and has enjoyed a prolific career, winning back‑to‑back Champions League titles (2024‑25 and 2025‑26), three Ligue 1 championships and two French Cups.
He has made 152 appearances for PSG, scoring 39 goals and providing 37 assists.
Barcola’s move comes after Iraola’s squad already saw arrivals of Uruguayan defender Ronald Araujo (loan), French centre‑back Jeremy Jacquet and Spanish forward Victor Muñoz.
Liverpool’s attacking options now include Alexander Isak, Cody Gakpo, Rio Ngumoha and Munoz as the club adjusts to life without Mohamed Salah. Hugo Ekitike remains sidelined with a long‑term injury.
Liverpool travel to face Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
