Manchester United have expressed interest in signing Leicester City midfielder Louis Page this summer.
According to a BBC report, United are working on a deal for the 18‑year‑old, who is also being pursued by Arsenal and Aston Villa.
The England under‑20 international featured regularly for Leicester’s first team this season and is widely regarded as a rising talent who could become a top‑class player with the right mentorship; it remains to be seen whether United can finalise the transfer.
Leicester City, now in the Championship after relegation, are expected to offload several players this summer. The club already lost promising winger Jeremy Monga to Manchester City, indicating that Page may also be departing.
Regarded as “one of the brightest talents” at Leicester, Page could become a valuable long‑term asset for United, a club with a history of developing young midfielders and helping them reach their full potential.
Arsenal and Aston Villa, both clubs with strong academies, also have a proven record of nurturing young talent and could intervene to outbid United for his signature.
Page aims to settle his future promptly so he can concentrate on his football development, seeking a club that offers a clear progression path and regular first‑team involvement.
