(RTTNews) – McDonald’s (MCD) announced its new NEXT initiative, aimed at reinforcing the company’s goal of being customers’ first choice in every interaction. The program focuses on expanding customer visits and enhancing unit economics through strategic improvements in menu quality, hospitality standards, fan engagement, and overall restaurant performance.
“In a world where every dining option is just a swipe away, there is no room for second place. Being our customers’ first choice should come naturally, every time. For some, we still fall short, and that’s something we are determined to eliminate,” said Chairman and CEO Chris Kempczinski.
