Create interactive experiences on the go.
Meta
Meta appears to have quietly launched a new app named Pocket, designed to let users create their own mini‑games through vibe‑coding. Mobile developer and reverse engineer Alessandro Paluzzi discovered the app and shared his findings on X today. Meanwhile, analytics firm AppFigures informed TechCrunch that Pocket has been available on iOS and Android since June 29. Although the app is listed publicly, it is not currently accessible in the United States on the half‑dozen phone models linked to our Google accounts, and a help page on Meta’s site notes that “the Pocket app is not yet available everywhere.”
Meta has not issued any public statement regarding the launch or the regions where the app is being tested. We have contacted the company for comment and will update this article if we receive a response.

Beyond minor cosmetic updates, Meta has been aggressively integrating artificial intelligence into its product lineup over the past year. TechCrunch speculated that Pocket may stem from the company’s acquisition of the team behind Gizmo, an earlier app that used AI to generate interactive experiences from user prompts, earlier this year. Pocket adopts the same terminology, describing itself in its store listing as “a creative platform for making and sharing gizmos,” and the Play Store package name com.facebook.gizmo reinforces this connection.
