In the wake of a surge of migrants entering Spain’s North African enclave of Ceuta, authorities have confirmed over a dozen reports of sexual assault against women. The victims, some of whom are living in temporary camps while waiting to be processed at a migrant centre, have recounted incidents of harassment.
