The body of Ratko Mladic, the former Bosnian Serb military commander convicted of genocide and war crimes, arrived in Belgrade on Thursday, where it was accorded full military honors. Mladic died on August 27 while serving a life sentence for his role in the Srebrenica massacre and the siege of Sarajevo.
