A staff member of Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) who had been participating in Ebola response operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo has tested positive for the virus, the humanitarian organization confirmed Thursday.
The infected individual is currently being evacuated from Congo and will receive medical care at a hospital in the Netherlands, according to an official statement from Doctors Without Borders.
