Both Hamlin and Reddick have now mathematically secured positions in the 2026 Chase field, bringing the competition for the season-opening championship lead to a critical juncture with just six races remaining until the playoff grid is finalized.

In the battle for positions near the playoff cut-line, Shane van Gisbergen stands 31 points above the threshold after another strong top-ten oval finish, while Erik Jones remains on the bubble, holding an eight-point advantage over Joey Logano. Ryan Preece sits at -26 points, Brad Keselowski at -43 points, and Ross Chastain at -45 points in the elimination scenario.

Chastain made the most significant movement in the standings, rising two positions from 22nd to 20th, while A.J. Allmendinger experienced the largest drop, falling three positions from 19th to 22nd place.

Note: Kyle Busch’s 217 points remain reflected in the standings per NASCAR’s continued classification of his achievements prior to his passing.
