In early trading on Thursday, shares of SanDisk led the Nasdaq 100 index as the top-performing component, rising 17.7% and tracking a year-to-date gain of 848.9%.
Conversely, Applovin occupied the bottom spot among index constituents, falling 8.9% and trading down 37.2% year to date.
Additional movement within the Nasdaq 100 included Apple, which declined 4.4%, and Micron Technology, up 17.2%.
