The Africa Cocoa Finance & Investment Forum (ACFIF) 2026 will convene investors, financial institutions, policymakers, cocoa industry leaders, development partners, and entrepreneurs on October 26, 2026, in New York’s Financial District along Wall Street.
This event will connect Africa’s cocoa sector with global capital, strategic partners, and U.S. commercial opportunities.
Following its successful debut at the London Stock Exchange in May 2026, the New York edition will further strengthen ties between Africa’s cocoa industry, global investment networks, and international markets.
The London launch featured former President of the Republic of Ghana, Mr. John Agyekum Kufuor; the Executive Director of the International Cocoa Organisation (ICCO), Mr. Michel Arrion; and Côte d’Ivoire’s Representative to the International Commodity Organisations and Spokesperson for Cocoa Exporting Countries at the ICCO, Ambassador Aly Touré.
As the world’s leading cocoa-producing region, Africa presents significant investment opportunities across processing, manufacturing, commercial cocoa plantations, logistics, trade, sustainability, agricultural technology, and downstream chocolate sectors.
ACFIF will link global and diaspora capital to these opportunities, fostering industrial growth, market expansion, and sustainable value creation for the continent.
The programme features four expert panels addressing cocoa transformation financing, price-risk management strategies, showcasing investable projects across Africa’s cocoa value chain, and expanding U.S. market access for African cocoa and chocolate products.
Conference contributors include investors, commercial banks, development finance institutions, commodity trading specialists, risk management experts, industry leaders, and project sponsors, with networking sessions and strategic fireside chats planned.
On October 27, registered delegates will tour Philadelphia’s Port, a key North American cocoa logistics hub, to examine import procedures, warehousing systems, distribution networks, and supply chain operations. Dependable Distribution Services Inc. supports this facility visit.
Attendance is complimentary for qualified delegates, thanks to sponsors: Sunbeth Global Concepts, StoneX Group Inc., Macquarie Group, Three Mountains Cocoa, CRA & Veriground LLC, JSG Commodities, and 48 Wall Street Events.
ACFIF is organized by Cocoa Trade & Invest Africa, the Institute for Cacao & Chocolate Research, and Anchora Advisory.
Strategic partners include the Côte d’Ivoire-Ghana Cocoa Initiative, International Cocoa Diplomacy, Chocoa, Pan African Visions, and the World Business Angels Forum.
