Nick Sanchez is scheduled to make his 2026 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut this weekend at Indianapolis Raceway Park, behind the wheel of the No. 77 Spire Motorsports Chevrolet.

Sanchez has navigated a turbulent season, beginning with an unexpected departure from Big Machine Racing during the off-season. Following a brief stint with AM Racing before their mid-season closure, he has spent recent races competing with Peterson Racing.

While Sanchez has maintained a part-time schedule in the NASCAR Xfinity Series this year, IRP marks his first Truck Series appearance of the 2026 campaign. His track record includes 47 previous NCTS starts and two victories, secured at Daytona and Charlotte in 2024. His past performances at IRP include 10th and 11th-place finishes.

Additionally, Sanchez brings Xfinity Series experience to the cockpit, having secured a victory at Atlanta last year.

Spire Motorsports has utilized several drivers in the No. 77 Chevrolet throughout the current season, including Carson Hocevar, Parker Kligerman, Justin Marks, Jesse Love, and Connor Zilisch. The entry has recorded one victory this year, achieved by Hocevar at Texas Motor Speedway.
