A Cebu court has issued a warrant allowing police to examine material seized from the former residence of Thomas Markle, the father of the Duchess of Sussex. The material is alleged to contain images depicting child sexual abuse.
Thomas Markle has emphatically denied possessing any child abuse material.
His son, who had been living with him in Cebu, told police that he discovered the material at his father’s residence before returning to the United States earlier this year.
BBC reporter Jonathan Head is on site in Cebu, reporting from outside the residence.
