Worthington Enterprises (WOR) surged roughly 16% in premarket trading after CEO Joseph Hayek issued an upbeat outlook, highlighting robust demand for the company’s engineered ASME tanks used in liquid‑cooling systems for data centers. The industrial manufacturer also reported first‑quarter adjusted earnings and revenue that exceeded LSEG consensus estimates.

KB Home (KBH) slipped more than 1% as the homebuilder’s fourth‑quarter delivery projections fell short of expectations. Management now forecasts housing gross margins of 16‑16.6% for the current quarter, below the 17.2% target polled by LSEG analysts.
