QUETTA: President Asif Ali Zardari emphasized on Wednesday the importance of strengthening cooperation among the provinces to address public concerns and ensure national stability.
His remarks were made during a meeting in Karachi with Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti, who visited to discuss the challenges faced by their respective provinces.
The discussion centered on interprovincial matters concerning the federal government and shared provincial interests.
President Zardari noted that enhanced collaboration across provincial boundaries will improve the capacity to resolve pressing issues.
He added that the matters concerning Sindh and Balochistan discussed in the meeting will be addressed promptly.
