Primavera Sound Barcelona has unveiled the lineup for its milestone 25th edition. Headlining acts feature Phoebe Bridgers, Massive Attack, Caroline Polachek, Robyn, Turnstile, and a closing back‑to‑back set from Skrillex and Ninajirachi. Joining them near the top of the bill are the Chemical Brothers, Doechii, Fontaines D.C., FKA twigs, Hayley Williams, Bad Gyal, Lola Young, Adéla, and Prospa, while Pavement, Tinashe, and King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard appear further down the schedule. See the poster below.
The 2027 festival kicks off with opening parties on the evening of Wednesday, June 2, with the main program beginning the next day and running through Saturday, June 5. Beneath the headliners, a robust second tier includes artists such as Anohni, Underworld, Dinosaur Jr., Vashti Bunyan, Bonnie “Prince” Billy, Converge, Juana Molina, and Mabe Fratti, plus another Atlas Sound set. Party starters feature Arca, Snow Strippers, Shygirl, Kim Petras, and S.A.S.S. (Saoirse, Moxie, Peach, and Shanti Celeste); contemporary singer‑songwriters like Weyes Blood, Julien Baker, Bleachers, and Greg Freeman; and rock standard‑bearers Gilla Band, Friko, and Lip Critic. Emerging talents abound—among them Angine de Poitrine, Underscores, @, Westside Cowboy, B0YG1RL, and Ear. On Sunday, Richie Hawtin, Four Tet, and Dixon will host an all‑day takeover.
Last year’s festival employed a similar multi‑headliner‑per‑night format, with only a few acts topping each night’s bill, including Addison Rae, the Cure, the xx, and My Bloody Valentine. A rainstorm on Friday night of this year’s edition forced the cancellation of several performances, among them sets by Massive Attack—who return for 2027—and Doja Cat.
