TOKYO — Taiwan’s ProLogium and other manufacturers of all‑solid‑state batteries, once touted as the next power source for electric vehicles, are now redirecting efforts toward non‑automotive markets such as artificial intelligence. The shift is driven by slower-than-expected EV demand and elevated production costs.
