Radnostix Completes Acquisition of Lucerno Dynamics Assets, Broadening Its Medical Device Portfolio

Radnostix, Inc. (INIS), a radiopharmaceutical firm, announced the completion of its purchase of Lucerno Dynamics, LLC’s LARA System technology platform, ELLEXA Explorer software, and related intellectual property.

While the financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, the acquisition enables Radnostix to develop new radiopharmaceutical and nuclear medicine products, with a focus on drug delivery and real‑time monitoring.

Shahe Bagerdjian, CEO of Radnostix, said the acquisition will strengthen the company’s medical device portfolio and support the development of solutions for radioligand therapy administration clinics.

INIS closed at $0.07 in OTC Markets trading on Tuesday.
